PSY 357 The Evolutionary Psychology of Homicide

Description:

For our ancestors, homicide would have had many unique selective consequences absent from other forms of violence. The premise of our research is that these unique selective pressures contributed to the evolution of a specific psychology for homicide. Our research will examine patterns of homicidal thoughts as a window into evolved psychological mechanisms for homicide.

Qualifications:

A G.P.A. of 3.3 or higher
Prior or concurrent enrollment in PSY 418
Good performance in psychology coursework

Duties:

Weekly reading and discussion with other 357s
Materials and methods development
Data Coding and Analysis
Other responsibilities as required
