Description:

Introduction to experimental design and basic statistics used in psychological research. Weekly two-hour lab gives students hands-on experience with data collection and analysis, as well as experience writing research reports.

Grading and Requirements:

Paper 1: 10 pp., 20% of grade.

Paper 2: 10 pp., 20%.

Exams: 4 - 60%.

Prerequisites:

Psychology 301 with a grade of C or better, Mathematics 302 or higher-level mathematics course with a C or better, and a major in psychology.
