Description: The course offers an introduction and broad survey of research and theorizing in the field of cognitive psychology. Texts: Matlin, M. Cognition. (4th ed.) Grading and Requirements: Exams: 5 exams including a comprehensive final. All exams are multiple choice. The lowest score of the first four exams can be dropped. The final exam is mandatory. Prerequisites: Psychology 301 with a grade of C or better, Psychology 418 or an equivalent statistics course with a grade of C or better, and upper division standing.
