Description:

We are currently conducting a clinical trial of a unique expressive writing treatment for women experiencing sexual difficulties as a result of childhood sexual abuse.

Qualifications:

This position is only open to females.  The assignments require responsibility, maturity, and skill in interacting with strangers in a calm, professional manner.  This position will be most interesting to a student who is genuinely interested in sexuality and/or women’s health.

Duties:

Research assistants will answer the telephone to provide information about the clinical trial and other studies to incoming callers.  In addition, research assistants will be asked to maintain study files, assist with recruitment of study participants, and provide support for other research projects in the lab.  Research assistants must be available between 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. at least two days per week.
