Iris Research Support Data Base compiled and maintained by the University of Illinois-UC, will be available for trial access by the University of Texas community through June 1997. IRIS is similar to the Community of Science but, unlike COS, their database includes an emphasis on information of interest to those in the Humanities and Social Sciences. IRIS currently contains over 7,100 active federal and private opportunities. The split is approximately 45 percent federal, 55 percent private. IRIS also offers the IRIS Alert Service, a WWW-based service that allows faculty members at subscribing institutions to create their own IRIS search profiles and receive the search results directly via e-mail or the Web.
Scholarly Resources Virtual Library: A virtual library for researchers and students at the college level, INFOMINE contains close to 7,000 well-selected and described links to important scholarly resources. Numerous acces points make usage easy. Science links number close to 2,500 and Government Resources total close to 2,000.

National Association of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapists: The NACBT supports mental health professionals who provide or seek to provide cognitive-behavioral therapy. The NACBT offers certifications, workshops, seminars, and other continuing education opportunities. The NACBT web site offers up-to-date info, a newsletter, therapist referral database, and a means to order brochures and applications on-line.
National Clearinghouse for Alcohol and Drug Information The National Clearinghouse for Alcohol and Drug Information (NCADI) is the information service of the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention of the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. NCADI is the world's largest resource for current information and materials about alcohol and other drugs.

Research Funding Opportunities and Administration (TRAM): TRAM is a service initially developed by the Texas Research Administrators Group (TRAM). It contains a search engine for locating funding opportunites from many different agencies. The funding information is updated daily. TRAM also contains a set of grant application forms collected from various sources, as well as standard agreements for subcontracts, non-disclosures, licenses, and links to other servers related to research funding and administration.
