Description:
We are conducting an exciting and groundbreaking family relationships study that addresses relationship interactions between married individuals and emotion interactions between parents and their children. The study includes married couples with 3- to 5- year-old children. Students who join this project will learn how to code audio and behavioral data. These are GREAT skills to have if you are interested in graduate school!
Qualifications:
We are looking for reliable and committed students who would like to act as a research assistant both over the Summer 2007 and Fall 2007 semesters (2 semester commitment). However, if you are interested but can just commit to the Summer 2007 semester, please contact us anyway and we will see what we can arrange.
Duties:
You will have the opportunity to code, rate and analyze audio and behavioral data from actual families. Additionally, you will be meeting with the project coordinator and other students bi-weekly to discuss the project and related research findings. This is a great experience for students who are looking for an advanced degree!
