Description:

2 studies. Both use laboratory-induced dissociation to simulate cognitive processes that occur during trauma. One study explores the relationship of dissociation to pain perception, while the other looks at the impact of dissociation upon false memory creation.

Qualifications:

Flexible hours. More time commitment will be required in the first half of the semester than the second half. Must be dependable and enjoy interacting with people.

Duties:

Key responsibilities involve recruiting and scheduling participants (301 students), running experimental sessions and collecting data, and managing and organizing the data set.
