PSY 357 Developing Three Models of Relationship Fusion

Description:

What happens to your identity when you enter into a committed relationship? The purpose of the current study is to develop a scale that measures the dynamics of how two identities fuse within a romantic relationship. In the near future, we aim to test our fusion models on newlywed couples and measure relationship outcomes such as martial satisfaction and divorce rates.

Qualifications:

Students must have completed Intro Psych (Psy 301). Preference will be given to those who can commit for more than one semester.

Duties:

Students must be reliable and have an interest in Psychology research. Roles include recruiting online research participants, data entry, and data coding. Student must also attend weekly lab meetings.
