PSY 357 Impact of Reality TV on Materialistic Tendencies

Description:

As reality TV seems to be taking over the television set, it is becoming important to understand the impact watching these shows has on human behavior.  This study will be examining the effect watching reality TV that emphasizes material goods has on consumption and emotion.

Qualifications:

We are looking for a student that is able to commit 8-10 hours per week and who is interested in social psychology.

Duties:

Research Assistants will be responsible for independently conducting experimental sessions, conducting literature searches, and entering and analyzing data into SPSS.  These are all skills that are great for graduate school preparation!
