PSY 357 Attention and Negative Mood

Description:

Research and theory suggests that biased information processing is a critical factor for maintaining negative mood states. The Mood Disorders Lab is conducting research investigating the role of biased information processing for understanding sad and anxious mood states. Qualifications:

Must be motivated, responsible, and detail oriented. Students willing to make a multi-semester commitment to this project are preferred.

Duties:

Facilitating data collection for this study. Duties may include: administration of clinical assessments and computerized assessment of biased attention, stimulus preparation, data entry and management, attendance at weekly lab meetings. A commitment of 10 hours per week is required.
