Description:

The purpose of this study is to examine the links between early indices of social communication (i.e., joint attention) and regulatory development.

Qualifications:

Experience with library resources on campus, as well as with basic software programs (i.e., MSWord and MS Excel) is required. Experience working with infants and young children, though not required, would be helpful. A commitment of more than one semester is also desired. Lab schedule hours are negotiable.

Duties:

Primary responsibilities will be related to developing a research protocol and implementing it. Responsibilities may include conducting literature reviews, recruiting families, collecting data, and coding behavioral data. Given that this project is in the development phase, the majority of work will involve research and protocol development in the Spring 2005 semester.
