Description:

This is an ongoing project wherein we will be testing whether there is a way to curb the harmful effects of diversity (stereotyping etc.) and allow the advantages of diversity (divergent perspectives etc.) to emerge. We need a research assistant who wi ll be in charge of running the experiment.

Qualifications: Preferably a Psychology major with a GPA above 3.0, good communication skills, responsible and interested in diversity issues.

Duties:

Running the experimental sessions, entering data.

Other Information: If you have any interest in getting hands-on research experience (in preparation for graduate school or to explore the world of psychology) with a fun and interesting experiment, this is a great way.
