| Description: |
Caring for a spouse, a parent or other loved one who
suffers from Alzheimer's Disease can be a profoundly stressful and traumatic experience. This study will look at the emotional, physiological, and cognitive effects of writing about one's experiences of caring for a loved one with Alzheimer's. Previous studies have shown that writing about one's deepest thoughts and feeling about traumatic experiences can be beneficial to long-term physical and psychological health and well-being.
|
