Description:
I am studying psychological changes related to endocrine changes across the menstrual cycle. Currently I am collaborating with Dan Fessler, an anthropology professor at UCLA and David Buss in evolutionary psychology on projects relating to immunology, disgust, xenophobia, OCD symptoms and sexual behavior. If you’re interested in clinical psychology and/or evolutionary psychology you will be interested in this research. Qualifications:
We need students who are motivated and interested in social psychology, and the biology and psychology of women to help do research. Assistants must be available to come into the SEA building at least 8 hours a week to help conduct the study. SPSS knowledge and excel knowledge a plus.
Duties:
Research assistants will help conduct research using surveys and online data. Assistants will interact directly with the participants in collecting psychological and medical data. Assistants will also help code, sort, and analyze data.
