Description:

We are conducting a groundbreaking family relationships study that addresses relationship interactions between married individuals and emotion interactions between parents and their children.  The study will include married couples with 3- to 5- year-old children.  Students who join this project will learn how to run an experiment and how to code audio and behavioral data.  These are GREAT skills to have if you are interested in graduate school!

Qualifications:

We are looking for reliable and committed students who would like to act as a research assistant both over the Summer session and in the Fall semester.  Experience with kids is a plus, but not required.

Duties:

During the Summer session you will learn how to run experimental sessions.  You will work directly with the parents and preschool-aged children that will be participating in study.  In the Fall you continue to run experiment sessions and will also have the opportunity to code and analyze audio and behavioral data.
