PSY 357 Acute effects of nicotine on male and female sexual arousal

Description:
This study is attempting to determine whether nicotine compared to placebo gum acutely effects physiological and subjective sexual arousal in men and women.
Qualifications:
We are seeking motivated students who have a strong interest in psychology. Preference will be given to research assistants who are able to commit to working at least two semesters. Additionally, we ask that applicants have a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher.
Duties:
Duties will include literature searches, screening participants for studies, subject testing, data entry, database management, and data reduction. Research assistants may also have the opportunity to gain experience with data analysis and IRB proposal writing.
