PSY 357 Personality and Leadership

Description:
Who strives for leadership? Who performs best in leadership positions? Who enjoys being leader? This research project seeks to understand what personality traits (e.g. assertiveness) and what biological variables (e.g., testosterone) influence leadership.
Qualifications:
Detail-oriented and motivated individuals who are interested in social and personality psychology.
Duties:
Research assistants will work approximately 6-10 hours/week on literature searches, data entry and analysis, coding videos for behaviors and personality, running experiments, and recruiting participants. There may be opportunities for presenting original work at psychology conferences.
