PSY 357 Cognitive Factors and Depression

Description:

We are conducting several studies that investigate whether certain cognitive factors are associated with the etiology and maintenance of depression.  http://homepage.psy.utexas.edu/homepage/group/beeverslab/.

Qualifications:

Must be motivated, responsible, and detail oriented. Students willing to make a multi-semester commitment to this project are preferred.

Duties:

Duties may include: administration of clinical assessments and computerized assessment of biased attention, stimulus preparation, data entry and management, attendance at weekly lab meetings. Other opportunities may be available depending on level of interest. PSY 357 participants have a very active and important role in the laboratory. A commitment of 10 hours per week is required.
