Description:
We are in the process of developing a comprehensive dog personality questionnaire which will be appropriate for use in assessing any type of dogs, from pet dogs to working explosive detection dogs. We are striving to create a reliable, valid measure with which we can readily assess large numbers of dogs.

Qualifications:
We seek highly reliable, conscientious research assistants with good “people skills” and organization skills.
Duties:
The primary jobs of a research assistant involved in this study are (1) contacting and maintaining a database of information about research participants, (2) assisting in the development of the web-based and paper-based questionnaires, and (3) general research support. The study will allow research assistants the opportunity to learn about the steps involved in developing a reliable and valid psychometric tool.
