Description:

This is a unique opportunity to see psychological research from two different perspectives. In the Langlois lab, we study face perception and how cognitive theories of categorization can help us understand the origins of social stereotypes, especially, physical attractiveness. Additionally, undergraduates working on this project will also assist on research in human computer interaction to make UT Web more accessible for people with disabilities.

Qualifications:

I'm looking for an enthusiastic, attentive, hard-working person. Have taken or are enrolled in Psy418 or equivalent class. Work two consecutive semesters at 10hours/week

Duties:

Interacting with adult participants for rating and usability studies. Some data coding and analysis. Other duties as needed, such as literature searches
