(Note to Speakers: If you choose to use visual aids, there will be both a Mac and a Windows computer available in each session, with Powerpoint installed. However, if possible, we recommend saving and presenting your talk as a PDF file in Acrobat Reader to ensure that your graphics do not disappear. There will also be a VGA cord for connecting laptops. You can bring your talk on a USB key or download it from webmail. Because talks are so short (10 minutes with a couple minutes for questions), it is important to make the transitions as quickly and smoothly as possible. Make sure to go to the room BEFORE your session begins to confirm that your files work as intended.)
